. REGISTRATION All participants are required to register as either member, non-member, or students, or foreign participant. CSN members N5,000.00 Non members N7,000.00 Students N3,000.00 Foreign participant $150. 00
Intending participants who wish to present papers at either the oral or poster sessions are requested to submit their full paper in duplicate hard copies together with the diskette or as attachment with E-mail. The hard copy should be typed-written, double spaced on A4-size paper and sent to: Mrs. G. N. OZONYIA LOC Chairman,(08035882690) Raw materials research and development council P.M. B 232, E-mail: asochem2007@yahoo.com or Such paper should reach the Chairman not later than 15th July 2007. All communications to the authors shall be by electronic mail. Full papers not exceeding five pages (A-4 double spaced) received on or before the above date would be reviewed and when accepted, be printed in the Book of proceedings subject to the payment of N3,000.00 Authors will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of their papers by 31st July, 2007. Dimension of posters for presentation would normally be 100cm by 100cm. INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS 1. The title should be in bold capital letters followed by name(s) and address(es) of the author(s) (including e-mail of the lead author). 2 An abstract of not more than 200 words should proceed the main text. 3. All diagrams should be in CorelDraw or other acceptable software and save in diskette. At the worst structures should be neatly drawn with black ink. 4. References should be denoted in the text by superscript and listed serially at the end of the text. 5. The text should be in Microsoft 98 or latest version.
